We offer full-service regional catering, destination catering (yacht clubs, country clubs, etc.), as well as “drop and go” catering. Included with Chef Francis’ Catering are all aspects of event catering including (but not limited to) the creation of the menu, the purchase of beverages and non-foodstuffs, rental coordination, floral service, car service, delivery and set up, storage, clean up, wait staff & bartending services.

Chef Francis’ Catering “Drop & Go” means the food, beverages and non-foodstuffs are delivered to the desired destination (kitchen, backyard, club, etc.) and then our catering team leaves.
