Catering by Francis
In addition to private dining and cooking classes, Chef Francis and his team have catered countless events, both large and small, on Long Beach Island and the surrounding Jersey Shore communities. We offer full-service home catering, destination catering (yacht clubs, country clubs, etc.), as well as “drop and go” catering.
Full-Service Catering
Full-service catering includes all aspects of event catering including (but not limited to) the creation of the menu, the purchase of beverages and non-foodstuffs, rental coordination, floral service, car service, delivery and set up, storage, clean up, wait staff & bartending services.
Drop and Go Catering
Drop & go catering means the food, beverages and non-foodstuffs are delivered to the desired destination (kitchen, backyard, club, etc.) and then our catering team leaves. Drop and go catering is perfect for events like a backyard barbeque or informal gathering.
