Debra and Francis catered a dinner and brunch for us. Francis is a phenomenal chef, Debra is an organizer extraordinaire taking care of every detail and their crew is not only lovely to work with and efficient, but the house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. The crab cakes, marinated Octopus with red peppers, the French Toast and the Carrot Cake, to name a few, received rave reviews from us and our guests! If you want a special event in your home, we highly recommend them!

No need to travel all the way to Paris to enjoy a magical French experience – – Francis’ incredible French cuisine and his engaging French charm will put you in Paris for an evening that you won’t soon forget. Our house guests’ only disappointment was that Francis was not there to make us breakfast! A meal to remember.
