Next to cooking for his many private dining gigs on Long Beach Island, Chef Francis has several hobbies including woodworking and fishing. Last weekend, he got a chance to fish with his buddy Tommy in the Catskills.
“I love fishing. It relaxes me. Especially fly fishing which is a hobby that takes a little focus and skill. The world stops for a while. And the Catskills…just amazing. Fishing, good food, friends, a little wine…who could ask for anything more?”
